Naples Soccer Academy is club-agnostic and provides training focused on physical and mental elements so each female athlete can reach her fullest potential – both on and off the pitch.

Speed, Agility and Quickness:
  • Increase acceleration, foot speed, and quick bursts of movement

  • Sharpen footwork, reaction times, and ability to change direction quickly

  • Repetition to build endurance and stamina

Core Soccer Skills:
  • Field drills including dribbling, passing, shooting and defending

  • Cone, ladder and reaction drills to enhance ball control, touches, reaction time and recovery – all key components for soccer performance

Mental Fitness:
  • Gain confidence, focus, and stress management as part of sports performance  

  • Visualization and mindfulness including picturing success and breathing techniques to stay calm under pressure

  • Positive self-talk, teammate encouragement, celebrating achievements and showing compassion in challenging situations

Multiple studies have proven a strong positive correlation between female participation in sports and impact to their communities and professional career success. Sports participation helps girls build confidence, resilience, and a supportive social network, which contributes to their success in academics, careers, and community involvement. Supporting sports for girls not only empowers them individually but also creates a broader societal benefit.
