Naples Soccer Academy is club-agnostic and provides training focused on physical and mental elements so each female athlete can reach her fullest potential – both on and off the pitch.
Speed, Agility and Quickness:
Increase acceleration, foot speed, and quick bursts of movement
Sharpen footwork, reaction times, and ability to change direction quickly
Repetition to build endurance and stamina
Core Soccer Skills:
Field drills including dribbling, passing, shooting and defending
Cone, ladder and reaction drills to enhance ball control, touches, reaction time and recovery – all key components for soccer performance
Mental Fitness:
Gain confidence, focus, and stress management as part of sports performance
Visualization and mindfulness including picturing success and breathing techniques to stay calm under pressure
Positive self-talk, teammate encouragement, celebrating achievements and showing compassion in challenging situations
